The filters are a little larger than the size 4 I normally use but they still work. The coffee taste seems unaffected and a simple rinse under the tap is all that is needed to use again. Only been using for a week but so far so good.

If you are looking for a more sustainable option to make your daily coffees I would highly suggest you these filters. It'amazing. I could feel some paper taste using the traditional coffeefilters, but not anymore with this new filters.

I wanted to move away from a plastic coffee maker (it started to degrade) and I didn’t like the idea of going through lots of paper filters. As well as using a cafetière and a phin filter, I’ve opted for these cotton filters and I have to say they’ve exceeded expectations. I don’t yet have a purpose built container to use them with, however they currently work well when placed over my glass teapot.

Used these to make individual coffees when my cafeteria broke and they did an excellent job.

I don't like the idea of all that waste with the disposable filters so I've given these a try and they're great.The flavour is strong, there is the tiniest bit of coffee residue at the bottom as expected but not granules.I just rinse these immediately after use with water as I don't fancy having soapy-tasting coffee.Be careful to not tug at the material when cleaning to avoid warping the material which will let granules through.Great value.

Got these and they've made paper filters completely redundant. Used them for a couple of months now and they're holding up well. I usually drink 1-2 cups of coffee so 3 filters is enough. Easy to clean and dry quickly.
