I feel like a sucker. I saw a promo video for a product of this type on the Internet, then checked out Amazon for similar products. I noted the reviews were not great, but I thought I'd give it a try. Dumb. This product did nothing for my energy, weight loss, anything. I took the product for 3 weeks, always with food, sometimes half dose (1 tab), sometimes skipping a day. Took 23 tabs in all. During the second week I started feeling achy in odd places and generally weird. I cannot scientifically correlate this supplement with those side effects, but I could not think of anything else that was new in my life or diet. So I stopped taking the supplement and I'm back to normal. It was a weird enough situation for me not to experiment on myself by trying them again. I dumped the remaining 37 pills in the trash and call it a lesson in flim-flam. They did nothing good for me.

Definitely notice a difference. Lost 7 lbs as well so far on just this first bottle . Excellent stuff.

I used this daily as prescribed with no results. I was hoping for a money back guarantee, because I feel like I was taken advantage of by the advertisement of this product. It shouldn’t be sold to people. It’s a waste of your money. You might as well open the window and through your money out.

Gave me a stomach ache every time I took them. Got a refund from Amazon.
