Easy and makes nice looking rolls
This was my first time making sushi. I bought this as an easy way out of learning how to roll it, and I have to say I like it. It's easy: insert the seaweed, layer on rice, fillings, rice, then fold the seaweed over and press down. Slice and serve. The result looks pretty nice. Just be sure to really pack the rice and fillings down tight so you don't end up with a loose roll. I use the back of a spoon to do that. There is a mold for small bite-sized pieces and the others are larger two-bite ones that were the size of my palm and awkward to fit into my mouth. It is easy to wash and there is practically no clean up needed since the seaweed contains all the food.
