Saw product on qvc initially and was so excited to try the product. I was very disappointed as the wrinkles did not “fall out”. After a trial of the product I quickly boxed up and am returning it.

AWESOME PRODUCT!! This product does everything advertised. I did some research and saw some reviews about leakage, but realize after using it, there is no way for the unit to leak, unless you don't snap the cap on the front closed. Just make sure the temperature dial is turned all the way to high (this is in the directions) and after plugging it in, 30 seconds later it is hot and when you pull the trigger, it blasts steam. If you turn it down to low and keep pumping the trigger, water will drip out, but that is because it is not hot enough to make steam, just like any iron. I use this all the time at home, it sits nicely on the stand with any of the attachments snapped on or just by itself. The water tank is a bit smaller so you may have to fill it a little more frequently than your standard iron, but that is the trade off because it is so small and light weight. I can put this right in my travel bag for a holiday, where I would never take my full size iron.

Had to return, did seem to heat up enough to steam, when I pushed the steam buttom it just spit water.

Don’t waste your money. That’s all I will say. Better than nothing at all.
