After working on the computer all day, my eyes become extremely fatigued, but using this before bed makes a significant difference. Excessive screen time due to work was making my eyes feel very heavy, yet using this daily has provided relief. The heating feature is an excellent touch, offering immense relaxation. Although the fit could improve and the strap adjustment is somewhat tricky, I haven't found a better option, so this eye massaging mask remains the best choice for now. Despite wishing it didn't cost $200, it's an essential tool for anyone who spends considerable time in front of screens.

I was nervous about spending $199 at first, but they've become such a crucial part of my bedtime routine. I use them almost every night before bed, and they really do help me fall asleep faster. As soon as I put them on, the warmth and gentle massage just melts away my tension - it's like having a spa treatment for my eyes and temples!I should mention that while they market this for focus and meditation too, I haven't really gotten much out of those features. But honestly? I don't even care because it's so perfect for helping me sleep. If you're looking for something to help you wind down at night, these goggles have been a total game-changer for me.

This device is a little heavy and can be uncomfortable. It does work wonders for me. I use the Therabody app to control mine and listen to iRest Yoga Nidra while doing a relaxation setting on this device. I find it works wonders. I wish the app had a iRest Yoga Nidra session on it to run with this, but I will make sure. I am absolutely happy I bought this and look forward to future lighter models and updates to the app. I would definitely recommend this for anyone. I love mine.

Easy to use with good quality. Helpful for people who suffer from tension migraines this massages your temples, and also heats up. The noise coming from the machine is not loud. It is a great value for your money. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

For the cost of these smart goggles, they should work a lot better. They don’t fit to cover and blackout your eyes, and I have a fairly average normal profile face. The kneading function doesn’t really hit your temples or that spot between your eye brows, it’s close but fairly mediocre for relief. On the upside I do like that you can program how long it runs and that there’s different functions via the app. I have a much cheaper pair of these that the function is better but it comes with some onboard music that’s awful and takes three minutes of the programrd 15 minutes to turn off. Ugh. I’ll keep these because I got them on sale, but I really really wish they worked better.

I’m pleasantly surprised how well Therabody’s SmartGoggles worked. My pregnant wife constantly suffers from headaches and an occasional migraine but because she’s pregnant she is staying away from medication. They have 3 settings: Relax, focus and sleep. You can connect the goggles to your phone via Bluetooth and control the heat, vibration and what setting you want to use when. My wife swears by the focus mode set at heat level 2 vibration level 3 for 20 minutes. The entire time I’ve known my wife I have never seen her fall asleep on the couch, not once until last weekend. The goggles feel like they are great quality and will last a long time. Personally, I can’t put a price on having a happy sleeping pregnant wife! I highly recommend the Therabody SmartGoggles.

I bought this device mainly for the help with headaches as it mentions a lot in the marketing. Unfortunately in the app, there is literally no presets for routines created for headaches. So I play The routines for stress or sleep to see if that would help.Besides this I found the pressure on the temples and also the vibrations to agitate my headaches more than relieve them.Maybe if they had settings which controlled the vibrations, pressures and heat for headaches.Overall, it’s nice. But too expensive to hold onto if it’s not going to help relieve my headaches.
