This review is written by my daughter, 8 years old: "I loved it because it is very creative and you get to make lots of stuff for your doll. It gives you tips on how to take care of your doll on vacation. The projects were easy to make, and you could mostly do it on your own, but needed grown up help for some things - not all. I had lots of fun with it, and still have more to do."American Girl products are always good quality and bring out the creativity in my daughter who managed to play for hours by herself with this! The crafts and projects inspired her to make things that weren't even in the book, and she has even taken up sewing because of her dolls. Highly recommend!

My 9 year old daughter loves these American Girl Books. She has the school, travel and restaurant versions and it is so fun to walk by the door of her room and hear her acting out some kind of scene where her dolls are learning at school or eating a nice dinner. There are enough well-made and realistic accessories to add the fun and realism to many playful scenarios in her head. The company that produced them were thoughtful in what they included and it really does boost interest in reading, since there are many things to look over and read. Most of the items are printed of heavy duty cardstock and have held up well. However, I do recommend that they get put away neatly to avoid bending or tearing.

My daughter used her own money to buy this. I thought it was too much money, but she thought it was a good value. For an 8 yo to part with that much money, she really wanted it. She was very happy with the little posters, and stuff that came inside. The bag is well made. It's mainly a lot of printed paper, but my daughter is happy and I didn't have to pay for it,

This is a very cute set.Pros: lots of detail, numerous items to play withCons: aforementioned items are just paper. Easy to rip. Not high quality. So I ended up laminating each and every piece of money etc., which made it more durable.My daughter was having trouble not ripping the money when she tore it on the perforated line, so I had to do that part.

This kit is the best! The projects are easy and fun. I would have given it a million stars but I can't. The coolest thing I madeis the suitcase. I made it out of a plastic box, rubber band and four black beads. All the project are great. I recommend itfor ages 7 and up.This review was written by a 7 year old who received it for her birthday.

Wow! This American Girl Doll craft set is amazing. There are so many fun things to do and so many accessories that are included like money, travel bag, passport etc. My niece (age 7) loved getting it for Christmas. A great value for all the fun you can have. Will order these types of sets again. Fast shipping and everything was perfectly intact. Thank You!

Amazon is the best place to get these AG craft books. They are full price at AG & usually aren't eligible for coupons at Michaels. My daughter loves doll travel. It has tiny passport, travel bag, airline tickets, playing cards, maps of major cities, posters, int'l money. Very cool. I scan lots of the cool paper things in these sets, so if they get lost or need more, I can print off extras.

Really interactive. What I don't like is the booklet, I think it should have travel info for foreign places, etc, it doesn't fit that well with the rest of the material. I do think my granddaughter will absolutely love this though.

Neice loved it at Christmas and traveling with her American Doll made funner. Shipping was abit slow just outside the estimated time frame. However order was made during holidays.

Bought as a Christmas present and looks very nice. I was going to buy the American doll to go with it but could not decide which size doll would suit the item as I could not find any information about this so decided not to bother as my niece already has plenty of dolls she can use

As expected from the description. Nothing more can be said it's just suitable for girls who like american dolls as accessories
