I'm 71 and developed Afib which turned into heart failure a couple of years ago. I worked out of the heart failure but still have afib and with that a noticeable loss of strength. I began drinking a quart of water with one of these each morning with my supplements and meds about 45 days ago and can attest to an increase in strength and energy as well as less joint issues. Progress was not immediate but built up over time. In studies or tests on this concept, some have tried to say it was simply the fact the subjects drank more water. Definitely not the case with me as I always drink a gallon or more a day and little else for liquids so these have not altered my water intake one iota. I have not tried any other product so have no comparison as to its effectiveness against the field of players, but can say I am happy with the results I have had with this product. I would definitely recommend trying it. If you have never tried hydrogenated water before I think you will be pleasantly surprised by the results.

I used a product very similar to this one, with unexpectedly remarkable results. However this product did not measure up.The other product actually relieved UTI symptoms. I have difficulties with antibiotics, so was trying natural methods before being forced to resort to an antibiotic that could have significant adverse effects. When I started taking the other h2 product, I started noticing my symptoms would disappear for a while after each does, so I increased how often I took it, and didn't seem to need anything else. Not only did symptoms improve, and even disappear, my urine noticeably cleared up as well.Unfortunately, the other product became unavailable, and my symptoms started to return, so I decided to try this one.This one did almost nothing. I found that even those H2 mineral sticks work better than this does.So now I am using a different product, CORAL CellEnergy H2, with much better results, while I wait for the 1st one I used to become available again.I had high hopes for this one, but it just didn't pan out for me.

It does work, but weaker than Megahydrate (not a gas). My reagent test indicted 1.3 ppm. This is still below the 3.0 ppm others claim.After reviewing other products in this class that cost $60.00, I've found that that they are identical to the Nordic (1.3 ppm), except that they dissolve quicker.

never tried before and decided what the heck... seems to help relax muscles and increase energy. prolly has effect on atp but not sure! I like it, would buy more but kinda pricey.

I immediately had more energy .It was noticeable .I had been thinking I had become lazy ,just didn't feel like doing what I should. The first day I started getting more accomplished and wasn't exhuasted by 4 in the afternoon.I also sleep more soundly. I have only been taking it 2 weeks.After I drink it in the morning I sometimes feel a little speedy for 30 minutes or so.I am very sensitive to anything I take.It maybe because I rarely take anything.

this tests very high for hydrogen. it is legit. you can buy a hydrogen test kit from h2sciences.com to test hydrogen products. please do, and help reveal any fraudulents. Nordic is really good. Just remember, unless you put your hydrogen in an amazingly capped stainless steel container, the hydrogen escapes within a half an hour, so once you put that tablet in your water....drink it once it clears, within a half hour

Love this product, slept like a baby the very first day I took it , my mood also improved and I can feel a difference in my energy level

For me, it virtually energized my water and once I got in the habit of putting it in my water, I'd rather have it in my water than not !
