GREAT LITTLE PILLOW
Just got this thing. It’s a great little pillow. Very firm. According to some of the reviews not firm enough but I found it just right. I slept with it under my neck for a couple of hours and felt instant relief. It’s a little expensive for my liking but I bought a less expensive one and it was not near The quality. It went very flat. As a matter of fact when I received it it was folded in half in a box half the size of the pillow and it was very difficult to get the center to fluff back out. I don’t understand why they sent it folded up. This one I received in a box the exact size of the pillow. As a matter of fact I am going to buy another one for my husband as his neck is worse than mine but I don’t really want to share for very long anyway. I plan on having it under my neck most of the time.BEST PILLOW EVER. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. FIRMER THAN ALL THE OTHERS.

Comfy neck/leg pillow
This isnt too bad...it feels firm at first but its memory foam and will slowly squish down while under the neck. I like it, but diameter is a bit slim for me, but still seems to work by keeping my neck aligned while sleeping (back sleeper). I'm not sure why I would need a carry tote for the pillow but maybe for when it's not used I can have it hung up? I still think the price is comparable to other pillows like this. It keeps its shape after I'm do e using it, and no off putting smell like some pillows have which is also a good thing. The liner appears to be actually washable since it claims to be where some others arent...bought one for a family member as well and she loves it for using under the knees.

Fixed my Stiff Neck
I have bad C3 and C4 disk in my neck and for months I suffered with a stiff neck. This pillow is perfectly firm but soft at the same time with no odors. The first 3 nights my neck was adjusting back to it normal position and I have not had a stiff neck since. It takes sometime to get use to the pillow, so I would always start out using it while I was sleeping on my back or side, then add my small travel pillow to the back of my head to give a tiny lift. I am extremely happy with my purchase, I give it 4 stars because it needs to come with a cover. I sometimes use ointments and oils on my neck and it is such a beautiful looking pillow that I did not want to stain it. But it does fit perfectly at the end of a regular pillow case and then I roll up the rest of fabric. I have also noticed that my shoulder hurts less, I think the firmness keeps my shoulder from moving up near my ear and there for my neck does not get pinched. Thanks for making such a great pillow.

More comfortable and restful than it looks.
I tried this neck roll with and without my regular pillow. At first I thought the roll was not thick enough and didnt like it. But I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and use it for an entire night. It worked great. I slept much better and longer than usual. I had significantly less neck tension the next morning. So, I have been using only the neck roll since. It is well made, and has great style. I let mine air out for a couple days before using it to avoid the very slight odor from the inner memory foam.

It’s slightly large. And firm!
05/29/19: I bought the McKenzie Cervical Neck Roll (as pictured) because the K Ka Ua Neck Roll seemed too large.05/16/19: No funky aromas from the material like in some other reviews, firm yet softens slightly to the weight of your neck. The photo makes it look larger than it is. I’m 5’5”. No worsening of symptoms noted upon intermittent usage (C6-C7 bulging disc). Will update review after 1 week of use—hopeful for improvement of neck, shoulder, and arm pain.

Liked it immediately
I liked this as soon as I took it out of the box. I could tell it was a quality item, and the perfect length and weight of it only confirmed that as I looked it over. It has a nice natural feel to the covering and most important, the ratio of support versus give is just right! I would buy another one of these or simply as a nice gift for someone. I have advanced cervical spondylosis and this combined with my recent purchase of the Epabo Contour Memory Foam pillow has made a huge difference for me. No more waking up with nagging vascular headaches.

Very Good Product
This is a nice family-owned company which produces a very good product. The ordering/shipping experience has been excellent, and the owners even follow-up with a nice email to ask about your experience once you buy. Good packaging, and the product itself is everything that was advertised. The jury is still out on long-term effects of use, as I have only slept on it four times so far, but I will say that though my neck was a bit tired (not really sore) in the morning, it is getting better with each night of use.The big upside I can already see is that my breathing at night is much better. People with sleep apnea issues take note, this may be a solution for you. And neck pain during the day, which I used to have, has subsided probably 50% - that's after only 4 nights of use. I may be back in a few months to change my review, but as of right now 5 stars is accurate. Thank you, Ka Ua. Mahalo.

Provides support with dense memory foam
Overall, I really like this pillow. It’s likely smaller than you’d think (3.5” diameter) but it actually works really well for supporting my neck while I sleep. It’s definitely dense memory foam, that provides a lot of support. Overall it’s high quality - though the price point of ~$30 does still seem a bit high.It has helped resolve some of the neck pain I experience with traditional pillows that tend to angle my head and neck in an uncomfortable position. It’s not perfect, but it’s a good alternative to a traditional pillow if you have tend to find they elevate your head and neck in an uncomfortable position.NOTE: I tend to be a back sleeper, and occasionally roll to my side. This pillow is best if you are primarily a back sleeper and would not likely work well for anyone who sleeps on their stomach.
