PERFECT - No more hanging cabinet doors
Had two cabinet doors with stripped screws that kept hanging down. Used these and fixed them in under 5 minutes. That was almost a year ago and they are still holding up like the day I fixed them. Would definitely recommend

Very good as a quick fix but needs more details instructions
This is actually an excellent product and a great idea. Works much better than stuffing matches or wood splinters in the hold in order to allow a better hold for the screw. Doing this type of work for a living there are better ways to fix a stripped screw or an enlarged hole, but this is the quickest easiest and most effective way due to the material it is made of. This product will indeed work 100% of the time if you use it properly. There are some videos to check out and I personally am considering doing a helpful video as there are some tricks in order to get effective results. Mainly is placement and the size of the hole. There are times when you truly need to get a drill and enlarge the hole just a bit. Once you do a couple you understand what you need to do in order to get the best results. Be patient. Like most "tool" this will work for you if you use it properly.

Stripped metal hole on Valve cover gasket
I stripped the metal screw hole after replacing the valve cover gasket on my BMW engine. And my engine kept leaking oil. I had a number of options like helicoil, epoxy, and this.I didn't want to use helicoil because I need to make a bigger hole on my engine. I'm am amateur. No thanks. I tried epoxy, but epoxy didn't work because my engine was too wet from motor oil. Then this. I should've went with this in the first place because this solution was quick. So if you are wondering if this will work on vehicle engine screw hole, then answer is yes.

Sort of works; still inferior to proper fill & redrill repair
This product will work in some situations. As others have noted, it can be a little fiddly to get a piece properly seated into the hole. I can even imagine it being an effectively permanent repair for some things. Having said that, in almost every circumstance one would be better served by performing a proper repair by filling using a quality filler (I would recommend something epoxy-based) and re-drilling a pilot hole for the screw.I will keep the remaining strips just in case I need to make a quick & dirty temporary repair to something. It does have the advantage over fillers of never getting old or being impacted by its storage environment so it is probably a reasonable addition to a field repair kit one might keep in their car/boat/cabin/etc.If you are at all handy, I'd suggest skipping this product - it is not really a time-saver other than avoiding the curing time with a filler.

Helped fix my loose front door handle
If you find your screws just won't tighten in the wood anymore, just spinning around, grab these, watch a few short youtube videos, and I bet you'll have a solution on your hands. I am not a handy person, so if I can do it, you can too

Doest work
I had high hopes for this, but it really doesn’t work at all. The metal is incredibly hard to bend even in the slightest amount and even when you do get it bent when you screw the item in it doesn’t get held by the teeth of the metal at all. Even if it’s a tight fit, it doesn’t hold it.

So far, great
I've used this product three times, once in solid wood and twice in MDF. Worked wonderfully well. The screws, which had been spinning in holes that are too big, are now snug in place and holding tight. If I find different results in other situations, I will update.
