Actually haven't went in the water with them yet but regarding materials and quality they are spot on. Fit well and at a 3rd of similar socks they are very well priced.

These Dwave socks are just what I needed to pad out my new dive socks, which are slightly too big for me. They provided a bit of extra warmth and comfort. The neoprene-lined cuffs didn't slip or roll down. They'd also work well inside a full-foot fin to add some cushioning. The soles are soft, with tiny dots to give a bit of grip; I wouldn't use them on their own as beach shoes as they won't make it any easier to walk over stones or rocks. But a soft sole is what I was after for my needs.

Bought the socks for use under my scuba diving booties. Not for the warmth (although that will be an extra), but for cushioning the upturning joints of my toes. Had tried without improvement "waterproof" bandages and tapes. Another diver recommended socks and based on features and prior reviews I bought these. Not the least or most expensive on the site, but having made the choice I am pleased. Have worn the socks around the house and outside without issue. Next test is putting them on under dive booties and taking off wet. Will update this review sometime in February as we are doing a dive at the end of January.

I am a beginner in diving. I like diving very much, but the coral reefs always scratch my feet. I've been looking for a pair of good quality, thick diving socks, and now, I think I found them.

This is the best diving sock I've ever seen. The bottom is very thick and with a slip-proof design. The socks fit my feet and won't fall off at all. The materials were very good. recommended.

Updated June 04 2020I was contacted by the seller to let me know they have switched manufacturers in an effort to increase quality. I can't attest to the new product, but I think it shows commitment to their customers on their part.Also, I must admit that using the socks to walk in the pool might not be what they where built for. I am sure they would have lasted longer in other situations.So, I don't know if their new manufacturing process will make these socks better for pool walking, but they are. overall, a nice set of neoprene socks, therefore I am changing my one star review to four.I have used these less than 10 times to walk laps in the pool. They have both lost the rubber on the soles and the right one wore out around the ball of my foot. There is now a hole there and so they are now useless.Spend the extra $20 and get something of higher quality that will last you long enough to make the investment worthwhile.

These are great! I wear a size 9 usually and I bought the medium and they fit just right. They are so comfortable I feel like I could wear them around the house all day. They would probably make a good yoga sock too because the bottom has decent tracking. Tested them with splashing water and my feet stayed dry. Would be useful to wear while washing the doggies too. Would be a great gift. Might get a black pair for the hubby. Overall great purchase.
