I don’t absorb B-Complex in solid forms so I found this one which I love and have found it to work consistently over these yrs. I used one based in fig juice before it but prefer this to it. It was hard to find a liquid one without alcohol etc. I have found all their products to be high quality & super clean. It doesn't give me jitters but helps revive me.
