I have great result with just one use. I could see the results of firming and lifting within 30 mins after the treatment, and especially after a good night of sleep.Love this device! Thank you JAPAN4U for offering it on Amazon with such reasonable price for the Arrivo brand.It is made in japan as stated on the unit.*Make sure to wet your skin in order to activate the impulses. The device will not work on dry skin.*I only use a tiny thin layer of Orgono silicium gel and then whole bunch water when preparing my skin for the treatment, then use Shiseido Aqua Label Special Gel Cream and anti-wrinkle Derma-E vitamin e & a oil after the treatment. I try not to preservative as recommended by the manufacture. Although Shiseido has a little, the other care products I use don't have any paraben nor phenoxyethanol.** Oil base lotion will make the device less sensitive and will prohibit it to delivery the stimulating electrical pauses.Too much of any kind of lotion on the face will also affect the performance of the device...You would feel like the device is not giving out any electrical pauses.Combination of a thin layer of water base serum and then water is properly the best conductor.There is no English instruction. I do a 10 min treatment daily (instead of twice a week recommended by the manufacture) . Since I started to apply SHISEIDO AQUALABEL White Up Lotion, I don't have drying up issues anymore from the LED light treatment.The LED lights really helps, however, be sure to use water on your face while letting the LED shine on you, so your skin won't dry up.I just close my eyes when I do light treatments around my eyes. Next morning, my eyes bags are much better.Also, Sleeps and eating right are important, less alcohol and red meat, more dark greens and water.
