Review: Cane Tip Safety - Not much is more threatening than the thought of having to walk across ice and most of us will have snow, sleet and ice at some time during our winter months. Being ready if we have to venture out is important. I don't use a cane to walk with all the time, but I find it adds a little confidence having one on each side while trying to balance on snow and ice. These amazing hiking prongs are great for that. They slide on easily and secure tightly. You can flip them up when not needed or pop them in downward position for the ice. The fact that they offer that adjustment is a good point for these devices. These would also help in muddy or slick conditions so have multipurpose applications. They are sturdy, effective and affordable for a little added safety.
Review: Would recommend - Got to use these today in the snow. Only 2 inches of snow, but they worked amazing. I have a steep driveway, also used it on multiple surfaces. Worked great and was pretty easy to switch when I got onto hardwood floors.. took 10 seconds to be ready for the snow, and 10 seconds to switch it back when you dont need them. The only other thing, I had them mounted on the sides of crutches it would get hung up on random things. I switched them today to face the rear or front. Inside of on the sides and its much better. Honestly the quality appeared a bit on the cheaper side, its solid. Im a big boy and they work great for me. Im a little over 200 lbs and these feel solid for me.

**Q: I have reg size 7/8 of a inc sounds too big or am I reading it wrong?**
A: These are the most incredible peace of mind for cane users on ice, wet leaves or slippery pavement. THEY HAVE BOTH LONG AND SHORT SCREWS TO ADAPT TO DIFFERENT CANE WIDTHS, so it should fit fine. Very easy to install. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY FLIP IT UP WHEN GOING INDOORS OR ONTO A HARD FLOOR LIKE TILE OR IT CAN BE SLIPPERY! It takes less than 20 seconds to flip it up out of the way. My 86 year old mom loves it and I bought 8 so far and put them on all her friends canes as gifts!

**Q: Do you get 2?**
A: Yes one for each cruch or for 2 canes

**Q: do these attach to a quad cane or are the legs on the quad too short?**
A: No

**Q: How does it adjust so spikes are out? Up top or turn it over?**
A: The spikes are facing up along the cane until the user flips them down under the tip. It’s extremely easy. I showed my mom once and she could do it with no problem.
