Useful and convenient still have them and using them regularly not disappointed

I bought my first set prior to covid to do some shoulder exercises at home as directed by physical therapy. At the time I still lifted weights at the gym. Since Covid i developed a workout routine based on the use of these bands and bought a second to enhance my options. the hands feet and door attachments work good (on the newer set one end came off but I was able to fix it though its not quite perfect). For the price I think they are a good value. I use mine 2 to 3x a week and the first set is still intact. I highly recommend them.

It's hard to find anything wrong with this resistance band set. I haven't used this type of workout before, instead used the standard weights and weight based machines at health clubs, spending more time earning money to pay my membership fees than going to the club. I decided to stay at home and start an exercise routine beginning with walking. I then use my resistance band set to go through a series of motions on a YouTube channel Bodylastics. Here are some of the most important things that I have found to be an advantage to using resistance bands - no impact on either end of travel, you can begin with no tension as a beginner and progress to beginning under tension, during a set (I really like this one) you can change your position to increase or decrease tension as needed, by changing your anchor point you can perform the same movement while working different muscle groups, it's completely quiet and it fits in a bag for when you are traveling. These bands can be "stacked" to allow for more resistance, I am buying a second set to have more flexibility. The only criticism that I have is that the carabiners are not sized large enough for my hands.

I have been using this product for three years. Although don’t use them on regular basis but it still is serving good. The bands or cords are strong enough. The door band gets wary a bit if you use it for long time. They could have added another one just incase one fails. But i am happy with the product.

These bands do what they are supposed to do. Nothing special. The handles and cuffs are well made, so that's a plus. I've had the set and used them frequently for the last 3 or 4 months, and two of the tubes are starting to fray. I don't see a way to replace individual tubes, so I need to replace the set now. But for what I paid, I didn't expect them to last forever.

These bands didn’t come with much info, no workout directions or even pictures. They looked a bit flimsy but they’ve lasted so far (2 months).

i am enjoying my resistance bands! they are stretchy enough and after a week was able to add another band for extra strength. you can really feel the difference with your arms and upper body. have not used lower body yet but will start this week. Overall, enjoying it!

Grear product! The only bad thing is that when doing chest press the handle adapter area scrapes my forearms
