No animal products. **Q: How many mg is a capsule** A: A serving is 2,000mg and there are 3 tablets in a serving, so roughly 667mg per tablet. **Q: How much bigger does it make your muscles And how long does it take to start working?** A: Take anywhere from 3-6 tablets 45 minutes before workout and make sure to drink alot of water because that is what will swell your muscles, it should work the first time you use it. I take them with my Pre workout scoop, along with L- Citrulline 6-8 grams if its not already in my Prewkout. I guarantee you will get a pump, if you dont then your hydration and or food intake is inadequate.
