Doesn't stay in place
It doesn't stay on my arm at all! i have tried different positions and have it as tight as it will go. unless i am wearing a skin tight shirt, this won't stay in place. very disappointed.

Did not stay on arm
The pad is very thin and probably does not have any padding or cotton. The strap did not stay tight or up on my shoulder. Went to a meeting and found one side had come down the arm of my blouse, coming out the cuff of my jacket! Maybe if u safety pinned it to your bra strap? I'll try that next time.

I bought this as a guy thinking it was easy just strap onto shoulder. Well nothing like advertised. Very thin, used to clip on to bra.
