The battery charge does not last
This item is so very poor regarding the battery, it runs out so very quickly, after 8-10 burns not happy and wish for a refund

Battery not big enough
Excellent item but the battery only lasts a couple of hours, bought the ismod nano for longer battery life

Life saver!
I was looking for a product to continue with HEETS as I’m not a huge fan of the new brand of IQOS products. And this is what came up and I’m really happy with it! The reason for one less star is because there is a taste and a very strong smell of what I can only describe as what nail varnish/nail polish remover smells like, but other than that it’s great. You can adjust the strength and level of burning from low-high and the machine self cleans too. From my experience battery life runs for about a day and a half for me without charging but obviously will be different for other people depending on how much you use it. But all in all a good device to use for HEETS anyway.
