I eat a plant-based diet and I am prone to bad gas. Certain staple foods in my diet give me terrible gas pains and gas. When I eat beans, for example, I take a capsule with my meal and it really does help! I still have gas, but it is greatly reduced. That is why I purchased this product and I am very happy with the results considering that this is such a wholesome supplement. I can not confirm that it has helped with menstrual cramps (i take ibuprofen). I do not suffer from inflammation or high blood pressure.The capsules have a nice fennel smell. I keep these with me at all times!

I grew up in India, chewing fennel seeds after each spicy meal to settle my stomach. I still enjoy doing that when I eat at Indian restaurants. But how cool that this effect is available in an easy to swallow capsule! Thank you!

I really like the fennel seeds especially the one from Taj Valley.Thought I would give it a try because I have always had issues with my stomach and someone recommended it. The seeds have helped my indigestion, bloating, gas and cramping. I take it along with my probiotics after breakfast.

I ordered this ptoduct as a digestive aid to help aleviate abdominal gas and bloating. I find tgat it is effective. Seems to be a good brand. With Prime, I received it pretty quickly.
