I picked this up over 2 years ago, in a small travel package, while traveling, as the issue I was having was dealing with either cloth underwear and pads, or full disposables. Dealing with the cloth panties that had taken leaks while traveling and having no laundry facilities or access was an issue, and the bulk of carrying full sized one use disposable underwear also was a major issue. It also bothered me that each time I was throwing out a whole amount of paper that was not wet and it seems like a recycling issue.These are great as I can have a fresh panty as needed and the fold up a well as does a pair of cloth ones and are not bulky, however can be worn for a whole day if there are no leaks (which the pads actually prevent most of the time). the pad provides full coverage from back to front so position is not an issue that will cause a problem, and are super absorbent and even with a full accident do not leak.Then all you need to do is dispose of the pad. If there is a problem and there is a leak, then you can dispose of panty and pad and replace both. The system work out fantastically.It reduces the amount of laundry you have to deal with substantially and it also reduces the amount you have to dispose of substantially also and because you have the choice of just replacing the pad, or replacing both pad and panty it totally meets your needs in any situation.Also the fit is amazing, and is like wearing a nice fitted pair of cloth or nylon or silk panties, without lumps, bumps, padding where you need none, ruffles and gaps to allow for adjustments for different sizes etc. They fit multiple sizes well as they are stretchy material that reminds me of a nice stretch knit cotton but without being hot or does not breathe well. The pads are comfortable, long enough to provide the coverage needed no matter the position you are sitting or laying in and are excrement absorbent without being thick and bulky so you do not feel like you are sitting oddly with bulk between your legs. Never had an issue with odor so the odor control works well.The price point is excellent too, and considering the prices on other products you get a much better product that wears and looks good under your clothing for a lot less than the ones that make it obvious what you are wearing unless you wear baggy clothing.I can also see how these would be amazing for a new mother during her postpartum time.I really recommend that if you searching for that 'right' incontinence produce that you buy at least one set, a package of underwear with a pad and thena package of extra pad for change outs, and give these a try. I actually can promise that you will not want any other product once you do.

love these...I have been wearing incontinence underwear it seems forever. I am a stylish, slender 73 yr old. I have tried nearly every top brand over the years. There are some Always 'pretty' ones with a lower waist. They smell oddly of some kind of perfume and embarrassingly stink to high heaven if they become damp, let alone wet. I have also used Silhouettes. They absorb well, but you still look like you are wearing a diaper with a dump in it.At last! Underwear that lets me look like I actually have a 'butt crack'! Now the designer jeans, skinny pants, etc. look and fit right. These really do feel like regular underwear, soft, not fragranced, pretty. I truly feel more normalized. I was recently hospitalized and in a TCU. The staff was taken aback, and couldn't understand why I would throw my underpants away, ha ha. They were amazed at these panties. The fact that if you are slender and the leg doesn't fit snug up under your butt is not a worry. It won't look odd under your clothes and it doesn't affect the absorption. Those high edges on the pad take care of keeping it channeled it. After my first procedure, I had zero bladder control for two days. The volume of liquid these hold is phenomenal and when I sat up, the liquid stayed contained. Nary a drop leaked on my clothing.The bonus is that these are very cost effective as well. If I'm stuck with wearing these, I might as well feel as close to normal as possible. (Mid-urethral sling took care of stress incontinence. Urgency incontinence is still a problem.)

Used postnatal. They were great and fit perfect. Very comfortable and fit me much better than the hospital underwear. The inner pad can be removed without much damage to the underwear, so I was able to use them with regular pads when my flow became lighter. I didn't like the pattern much and wish there were color options to choose from, but it's no big deal.

I have suffered from nighttime urinary incontinence for several years and have tried nearly every product on the market. At least 3 nights out of the week, I would saturate the underwear and have to wash my sheets. I decided to give these a try and so far after several nights, they have not failed to keep me dry. They are very soft and form fitting. There is the added option of replacing just the pad therefore not wasting an entire pair of underwear. I am done with those advertised brands!

Bad sizing Nobody is THAT wide between legs! For me it is very uncomfortable It does not help to make it less bulky if you don't also narrow the padding part . Will not purchase again, sorry.

I received these today. I would return them but I've opened the package and it's too much trouble to return them. I was confused because there was no elastic or shape around the legs. How would leaks be avoided? I would imagine the panty itself would show through a pair of slacks. I didn't want to give this item one star. This makes me question the other reviews that give 4 and 5 stars. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT THROW YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS. Go to Wal-Mart to purchase these so you can return them with little effort.

This panty does not hold up. I have a neurogenic bladder and need a panty that will hold up during a 7-8 hour period. This does not hold up . The best panties are from Always.

I am 33 and I had colon surgery and I knew I was going to be dealing with some frequent bowel movements and mild incontinence right after surgery so before my surgery I did my research and tried every brand of disposable adult briefs and next to the always boutique this is my favorite brand, great price, soft feeling and very comfortable. What is best didn’t irritate my sensitive skin which was a major concern of mine as I have latex allergies and I am allergic to pads and diapers when I was little. No issues with this brand whatsoever and sell for a great price.
