Once a week!
I like this mode of taking a probiotic since you only need to take it once a week. I mix the powder with 2 ounces of juice and then the flavor is a non issue. I highly recommend this product and find it to be a good value for it’s quality and effectiveness

Replaces the missing bacteria
I have numerous issues that result in no good bacteria in my gut & was recommended I take probiotics 225 billion. After taking this product for a couple of days I feel much better. I would recommend trying this product. Good value also

Expires less than a month from date received
This product arrived in January and expires Feb 2019. I am concerned that the cultures are still alive. It seems to work well but I will not be able to use all the packets prior to the expiration date.
