So easy to stash and then get to my ear buds, charging cords, lipgloss, pen, snacks, etc without digging thru the whole bag. Plus separate laptop compartment, and a padded, concealed, zippered compartment that when wearing is between your back and the pack. The charging cord port is also genius. It's a very durable and professional looking fabric. Well made. Straps are comfortable and back is nicely padded. The quality of seams and the fabric is good, the color is exactly as on the images. I have an old 15.6" Dell precision laptop which I travel with for work. It is bulkier that the most modern ones, but it still fits into the side laptop compartment. I was particularly looking for a USB port and for the shoulder straps that have the little strap holding them together - as it really helps to carry the backpack.
