Bolts were imperial rather than metric which caused a problem
Looks great now installed. Bolts had to be shortened to fit our existing letter box. Finally found imperial nuts and washers to suit.

Owned this for a month or 2 now and think it's fine and does what I need it to. Price is good, size is accurate, quality is acceptable. Will be interesting to see how this evolves over a year and weather colour fades etc.Metal finish is scratched on all 4 corners of the inside "lips" where you slot letters through, I did see other reviews mention same point and confirm I have this issue (not sure if I got their returned product or applies to all of them but worth noting).Overall this was only letterbox I could find in the finish/colour/size that matched my criteria and happy with it hence leaving review.

Heavy & Solid.
Bought to replace a similar one in which the retaining spring had failed. This was exactly what I needed, fitted perfectly in the old ones place, I even used the existing bolts.
