Please send me the wording you want engraved on the name plate, the font to use, the plate color and what color slide in plate holder you want. I have rose gold, silver and black holders. This is for a wall / door mount slide in holder, not a desktop holder. Choose included mounting hardware: Screws, Velcro, Magnet, or Adhesive.
