I hate, hate, hate this thing works like i got it out of a trash can my son bought this 3D pen being so excited could barely wait the three day shipping then got it and it broke first use, it clogged and couldn’t get the filament out. The unload button backed out the filament half way and it stuck. I ran the operation of the pla filament at 200 degrees.

Junk I have a 25 doller pen from kohls that works better used for about 2 mins then it started saying short error and wont work I tried fixing but still wont work I want a replacement and if the next one works I'll change my reveiw

This pen broke after the second use due to overheating! I have no idea why, but it short-circuited mid-use and immediately stopped extruding, heating, and clamped down on the remaining filament, which was well before the recommended amount to swap filaments.

I had this item for 20 minutes and it broke. The right nozzle (from the screen view) doesn’t extrude any fill. The left side works perfectly. This pen is bulky and isn’t USB. No wonder the price is dropping... Scribbler service does not reply.

I also buy a lot of things on Amazon and I depend on honest reviews, so I hope this is helpful in your purchase decision.This product came from a Kickstarter crowd sourcing campaign, so I would think it would be a more thoughtful completionPRO's:- I like the build quality- I believe that more buttons give you more control- This 3D pen reminds me of the multiple color ink pens I used to buy when I was a kid, so it makes doing a project that much easier and faster to complete.- The temperature is controllable and has a wide variable- The LCD panel is very helpful- Comes with 3 spools of sample filament- Comes with 8 beginner stencils and tips how to use- It's very comfortable to use- When it's not being used it can become an imaginary space ship (just make sure your kids don't play too rough with it)- Because it does not have an on-board battery, it is lighter than those that do have one.. making it easier to create and easier to hold- Instructions are in easily readable English (most people fear instructions are just in Chinese but note that the manual is not translated in other languages)CON's:- The button gets hot after awhile so depending on the setting that you are using, do your project in increments. I'd recommend taking a break every 15-20 minutes or soWISHES:- I wish this included a stand for the 3D pen in between sessions- I wish this had the ability to have heat variation for lower heat rated filament down to 3mm, but I understand this is more of a professional version and you can't have everything..- I wish this had a replaceable rechargeable battery so that the power adapter wire doesn't get tangled in more complex projectsNote: the Scribbler 3D Pen DUO has the standard .7mm dual nozzles. the manufacturer offers a longer 1mm dual nozzles on their website, which some have said that makes it easier to see what you are drawingSize of the 3D pen from black tip to end is about 7.5 inchesSize of product packaging is 7.5 inches DEPTH x 2.5 inches HEIGHT x 9.75 inches WIDTHOverall this is a really nice 3D pen that has multiple nozzles! Immediately out of the box, one side worked great. The other side (left nozzle with button facing up) only worked at one speed, which is the slow speed. I bought this pen so that I could fill large areas more quickly, but if only one side works properly and the other crawls at a snail's pace, then it defeats the purpose. I suppose some of this review is out of frustration due to this being the 6th brand I've tried and ALL of them have had motor issues. I'm a sculptor and this technology is amazing for creativity, but I'm thoroughly convinced that this technology needs to be developed more.6 pens later and I have a very large, unfinished sculptor. Every single pen only worked for about 2 or 3 hours (except for this one not working properly immediately) then the motors stopped working. I thought they were jammed. I opened the firs 3 as instructed by the manufacturers and none of them were jammed. The simple fact is, the motors are built with cheap materials and not tested to last for more than a few hours, at best.. OH and by the way, all the internal components of all 6 brands were identical.I'm very frustrated because this is truly a new art form and some of the stuff being created is truly amazing. IF ANYBODY can recommend one that they have used for hours and have had no issues, please let me know. Oh, and I won't waist my money on the 3doodler pens. They use a proprietary filament that will drain your wallet. They also jam extremely easy. I'm looking for one that uses 1.75 filament and has durability and longevity.

When it works it’s great but after a few uses it stoped working
