Made in the USA from pure virgin pulps, it is unbleached and unwaxed, ensuring a safe and healthy option for food preparation. Excellent Butcher Paper, nice cut to desired length
Nice size roll, cut to size. Durable paper made in USA. Used it in final cook for Brisket, worked excellent. I also use this paper when pre-rubbing meats for weekend cook. Wet ribs or tri-tip, coat with rubs, then wrap single layer of paper. Then single wrap of plastic wrap. Into fridge for 2 days to ferment rub into meat. Cooking day: Place on large metal cookie tray, unwrap plastic, then unfold butcher paper. One more layer of rub as smoker is pre-heating. Makes placing meat on smoker clean and easy. Then crumble up paper inside plastic shrink wrap and into trash. Works great for intended use. Roll goes a long way and I like the cut to size. Unroll required amount and cut across with sharp knife or scissors. No wasted paper. Been smoking tri-tips lately on Traeger. 5hrs low heat smoke to 120 degrees, squirting with apple--cherry-pineapple juice every hour. Thinking about finishing like a Brisket with wrap on Tri-Tip for last 2 hours on higher heat to see if it also gets a bark. Usually does without wrap but going to try it out.

Wrap Your Meat!
This was the first time I used butcher paper to wrap my brisket. It definitely helped elevate my brisket game. Delivery was quick and in perfect shape. I used three sheets to wrap the brisket. Outer layer burnt to a crisp (as expected) but stayed in tact. Middle layer was good and inner layer was sopping with brisket grease but held well. Will definitely make it a part of my cooking technique. Brisket was moist, just the right balance of smoke, and cooked to desired temp.

Great paper to smoke with
This is my first time smoking brisket with butcher paper. The product performed great. It let the brisket breathe and kept the moisture in. The brisket came out great. One thing you have to remember to keep that Texas crunch is to let it rest for at least an hour after you pull it out of the smoker. I am definitely looking to wrap other things like ribs with this butcher paper. It worked flawlessly.

Heavy Duty, Oversized and Versatile
It's heavy duty, oversized and versatile. If you need to wrap meat, you want butcher paper. Also works in the oven, smoker or grill. On the other hand, I probably should have purchased a Teflon coated fiberglass BBQ grill mat as my primary reason for this purchase is for use in the smoker and grill.

GREAT FOR THAT AWESOME BRISKET BARK!!!
Used to wrap a brisket. Have always used foil before. Briskets came out great. Just over done. I tried peach paper before and did not like the way the brisket turned out. Gave it another try with this Pink Buthcher Krsft Paper and the brisket came out awesome. Took about four hours longer to smoke, since the briskets can still breathe in the Kraft paper. Which means four more hours of smoke. Which in turn gives you an awesome bark. Never had a pure black crust using foil or the other peach paper. This one is the best I have ever had and I've been smokin for about 4 years.

Best thing you can do for your brisket!
A friend of mine recommended this product saying that he had tremendous success in using it over foil for a recent cook. I was hesitant but ordered and gave it a shot anyway. I use a pellet smoker (RecTec) so the char has not been quite as good as my old wood smoker. However, with the use of this butcher paper instead of foil, the brisket came out with a beautiful char and was the most moist brisket I have smoked to date. I have been smoking briskets for over 15 years and this is by far the best thing I have used to date. My concerns with using paper proved not to be an issue. 1) The paper will burn - It did not burn, even with the smoker turned up to 275. 2) The meat will dry out because it does not seal in moisture like foil - This proved to be the complete opposite. The brisket wrapped in this paper was much juicier and tender than my previous cook where I used foil to wrap the brisket at the stall. You will not regret using this product.

Makes a great brisket!
I've only used this once so far. I cooked a 17.3-pound brisket on my Pit Barrel Cooker, wrapping it in the butcher paper for the last 7 hours or so. The results were excellent. Tender, juicy meat with good smoke flavor and a nice bark.
