Definitely Swarovski Crystals! LOTS of bling!
I ordered 9/1 and had in hand 9/15. Pretty much on with the custom order time frame advertised. I create my own swarovski crystal bandanas and can confirm these are genuine swarovski. Little over priced IMHO but we do what we got to do to get what we want!

Pure high quality sparkle
