I had my own copy of this and did not want to part with my copy so I got my daughter in law in the US her own copy. Really simple straightforward recipes with no phaff. It is in metric but just use Siri or Google to convert the measurements. Better yet buy this from Amazon US Two's Company Kitchen Conversions Chopping Board with all the measurements in front of you. Enjoy baking.
