Grill Heat Plate

I bought these Unicook replacement heat plates for my aging gas grill, and they worked perfectly. The adjustable range from 11.75" to 21" allowed me to slide them to the exact length of my original heat tents.The porcelain-coated steel feels much heavier and thicker (1.2mm) than other aftermarket brands I looked at, which gives me confidence they will last a long time. The included M5 stainless steel bolts and wing nuts made assembly straightforward and completely tool-free. Since installing them, the heat distribution across my grill grates has been more even, and I have noticed a major reduction in flare-ups. It is an excellent, cost-effective alternative to expensive OEM manufacturer parts

Make sure your grill's burner layout can accommodate this width without overlapping or leaving too much of the burner exposed. ​ Hardware Assembly: They come with M5 bolts and wing nuts. They are easy to install, but I’d recommend tightening them down well so the plates don't slide out of your desired length when you're cleaning the grill later. ​ Final Verdict: If you want to extend the life of an older grill without spending a fortune on original parts, these are an excellent choice. Easy to adjust to fit. Easy to clean and very sturdy. I expect these to last the life of the grill or longer!

They fit great! I love that they are adjustable and work in different grills. (I have rentals and these work in multiple sizes of grills) these have only been used for a few weeks, but seem to be good quality and not rusting at this point.

We needed new flame tamers for our Monument grill and these are a great replacement. The fact that they are adjustable makes them ideal.

My grill is older and can not get parts for it anymore. The grill it self is still in good shape so didn't want to replace the whole grill. These fit perfect and was way cheaper then buying new grill. Easy to install and so far holding up well after a year of use.

I bought these to replace the rusted heat shields in my old BBQ and they’ve been great so far. The adjustable length made it really simple to get them sized correctly, and they fit much better than I expected. The porcelain coating feels thick and durable, which gives me confidence they’ll last a good while. I’ve used them for one full season now and there are no signs of rust at all. The quality seems very solid and for the price the value for money is excellent. A great upgrade if your original plates have seen better days.
