Teacher's Pet Dry Erase Board Eraser

I bought this to use on my whiteboard, and YES it does EVERYTHING it says it's going to do!! It left NO ghost marks, even with an extremely vibrant red and dark black markers I purchased. It does take a bit of extra elbow-grease for the darker colors but that problem was easily solved by my students volunteering (let's be honest, fighting, not volunteering) to erase my board! Bonus: It was invented by a TEACHER!!! YES!

Bought this for the classroom and I honestly do not see the rave of the product. Now it is very cute and kids love to be the “board eraser” with this- however it is not as strong as the reviews say. When I use this for my board using regular markers (expo) it still needs a board spray to take the marker completely off. The reviews make it seem like it will take the marker off with no effort and that is not the case. I would actually rather use a towel and soap or a towel and board cleaner instead. I dislike reading negative comments but I do have to explain my truth and my experience with this product and I would not pay this amount for it again, I wish I could return it honestly. I only pull this item out to make the kids smile.

This eraser is very effective at its job! Every day, I used to have to use whiteboard sprays and a towel to get it clean but this Teacher's Pet has made the task a joy not a burden. I'm not exaggerating! My co-teacher who is a real neatnik when it comes to the classroom talks about his love for this product daily!

This classroom eraser is very similar in material to the drying cloths used for cars. The difference? It's fun to use! My classes have all named our class pet. The students LOVE to erase the board. The eraser works well. It even removes the excess residue that many erasers leave behind. No more white board marks. It is machine washable, too.

I named him Gossamer (after the big orange monster from Looney Tunes) and my kids love to use it. It can be a little difficult to erase some things (depending on the brand of marker). But is great

This teacher's pet does an absolutely amazing job cleaning the white boards in my classroom. It even gets the marks off that are caked on.

I was trying to justify why I should spend this amount of money on a glorified eraser but it seems to be working quite well and I really appreciate not having to use the spray cleaner all the time with paper towel in order to get the old board clean.

This is a hit in my classroom, cleans my whiteboard without leaving any residue behind. My kids are eager to help because they love it, and I love that I can throw it in with my laundry when I need to clean it!
