Frida Mom Foot Spray for Muscle Relief and Swelling of Leg and Foot, 3.4oz

Man am I impressed by this spray!! First of all, it smells wonderful. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and sad I didn't find this spray sooner. It does wonders for pain & swelling and it does moisturize quite nicely. Mist it on generously, put a towel down, prop those feet up, and relax! The more you use, the better it works. It's got a nice cooling / tingling sensation that does wonders for pain & it really does help reduce swelling. It's also a great preventative measure to get ahead of swelling. Since being pregnant my toes get really dry & peel (it's painful & gross) but when I use this spray I have none of that- just soft little piggies that smell like grapefruit. PRO TIP: there's a tiny plastic piece on the nozzle that makes it difficult to get a fine mist spray but if you clip that off it works like a dream.

This helped so much towards then end of my pregnancy and early postpartum. It takes a few seconds to dry. The fragrance isn’t very strong.

I used while pregnant and did not feel a difference but after I did. Feels good for a little while. Not crazy about the smell.

So I'm not sure how much this actually helps with swelling, I think a cool foot soak or compression socks might do the trick better BUT-this is a super quick and convenient way to get a little relief! I spray this all over my legs, ankles and feet when they are swollen or just when I've had a long day of standing. It fees sooo nice and cooling especially in the hot weather! It also definitely helps moisturize the legs/feet when you aren't able to bend over with actual lotion. Just bought my second bottle and I love!

I work 12hr shifts, and am in my 3rd trimester in summer, so this feels really nice on my legs and feet when I get home for the day. Smells good and minty, not overly menthol like, but still has a cooling tingle. I'd love to carry this in my bag with me to apply places other than home, BUT it only came out as a mist twice, and since then it just squirts out in a stream leaving big blobs I have to rub in, so now it's too messy for on the go. Cleaning the nozzle didn't fix it. It also just felt nicer when it went on as a mist.

This is a lovely source of relief - not a miracle worker by any means, but a help for long days on my busted-up feet at work. A word to the wise - have a towel or other implement handy for applying or rubbing the spray in, or plan on putting on socks immediately afterwards. (Also, depending on where you're applying this, be mindful of creating a slippery floor in your wake.) Otherwise a great help! Not for nothing, but I'm on my second bottle, and I bought another for a coworker who is pregnant. Use in concert with other stuff (and put your feet up, friends) but do use it!

Does not do anything whatsoever for swelling. It does have a cooling effect, although that’s subject to when I could actually get the product to come out. When I could get it to spray, it’s not even or consistent, it comes out in one hard shot, leaving product sitting on top of the skin requiring you to bend over and rub it in like lotion (defeats the entire purpose and condescends the label that reads: no bending necessary). I would not recommend this product and frida mom is off to a bad start with me…seems like their products claim to do wonders for pregnant/postpartum moms, but it’s just false advertising and pretty packaging.

Pregnant, too afraid to use Tylenol or acetaminophen, don’t want to chance any harm to baby. Only 7 wks in my pregnancy and my joints and muscles are constantly aching in pain. I don’t know how I’ll handle the rest of my pregnancy. Luckily, this has helped with muscle tension and aches in joints the last few days. Such a relief. Doesn’t fully take the pain away but it works pretty well. I do have a ton of swelling, most of my pain is where swelling accumulates. Freda mom spray seems to do the trick. It has even been affective for neck and back pain. Hopefully it will continue to be affective throughout my pregnancy. My partner works construction and has come home with swollen knees and ankles. He's been using the frida spray and instantly feels relief. This stuff works miracles.
