I have another Kinzi scale in my #1 bathroom and I liked it so much I bought this one for my #2 bathroom! Although when I took it out of the box and tried it a few times the readings were off from #1 bathroom Kinzi the reading were off only by ounces...but still. So I looked at the troubleshooting card and it showed how to reset this and now the reading are the same. I couldn't be sure which one was off so I reset both andnow they are reading the same. Not so hard. I like the way these scales look sleek and shiny, not like the old big metal clunky ones you could only find and took up half the bathroom. Scales have come a long way...thanks Kinzi!!

Had problems with it as soon as I got it. Would turn off as soon as I steeped on. Had it all set up to return, but listened to my husband. Three weeks later he was having the same problems. Now it is too late and I am stuck with it. Don't waste your money.

What do I want from a scale? I want to be weighed accurately and consistently with as little fuss as possible. My previous scale had a memory, this one does not, but that is OK. The reason this scale has 2 stars is that you can be standing on it, and depending on how you stand, your weight can vary up and down like a roller coaster up to 14 pounds.You stand there and watch it go up and down all over the place like those old spring scales we had when we were kids. It's insane. I have never gotten on this scale and gotten the same number twice or even close to the same number. My previous scale, which I still have, when you stand on it, your weight is the same. If you move around a lot, you get an error message. I got this scale to be able to step on and not have to wait for it to zero out. Now I have to keep both scales because this one can't be trusted.

Special batteries failed in two weeks. Costly to replace. Product works fine with new batteries!.

The scale does not always work. Sometimes it won't work at all.

Smooth surface, easy-to-read display and seems to be accurate for the measuring of weightNow, if the numbers were smaller, I'd be happier--but that is up to me!

I bought it about 2 months ago and that's all it lasted. It stopped working one day, I changed the batteries, worked for 2 days and again run out of batteries. Terrible! I wish I could change it but now it's too late
