I thought knowing Total Chlorine and Total Hardness, too, would be even better so I purchased the 6-way. The additional tests have helped me adjust the chemicals in my pool even more efficiently. However, the 4 way test strip colors held up longer while you read them. The colors on this 6-way strip start to fade MUCH faster, so that I have to literally take a paper and pencil and jot them down immediately!
