Really loved that this came early, because I was able to set it up and surprise my kids! I did glance at the instructions, but I didn't really need them. Set up was easy and the poles which I usually struggle with, were simple this time. The actual size is good for kids. I can squeeze in there if I need to read a book or break up a fight. I would say it is best for 2-4 kids. The colors are bright and my kids love to pretend they are in a castle and they are knights, so it's great for imaginative play. We also use it as a reading nook when we need some one on one down time. We haven't taken it down yet because they love it very much, but I would imagine take down should be as easy as set up. The storage bag is nice and I plan on using it when we do take it down.
