I love this water filter. Does an amazing job. Not the easiest to install. The instructions are a bit confusing but just look online. I had to buy a new faucet to install as I didnt want to cut a hole in my sink so I used the sprayer hole.

Easy to install, really like the clear housing.

I just used about 3 weeks and it happened the faucet is leaking around handle. Can you send or sale me me another faucet

I received the "Global Water RO-507 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System Water Quality Filter- CLEAR housing" but it was broken. I tore apart out kitchen and hooked it up to my fridge and set it all up to find it was broken. It came broken because it was a piece that came installed and in place already. See attached. I need the top new pieces for the filters as it broke off in side. Now I tried calling both lines on your site and one goes a Verizon wireless voicemail not set up and the other just rings for 10 minutes then hangs up. I am questioning the company after this. If I don't hear back in 24 hours I will be sending it all back.

System works great! I instructions could be a little clearer. I did have a dented tank upon opening the box. My client complained about the dent. Seen alot of reviews with broken fittings and it seems to be a handling issue from distributor.

We had a Reverse Osmosis system already but it went out and would not produce any water. We bought this one and when my husband installed it he had it in, in one afternoon. He built a box on the basement celling under the kitchen sink so the tank would be close and we could eliminate the pump we currently had. My husband said he was surprised how easy it was to install as he had never installed one before. This system produces excellent water. We did not even realize our water wasn't top quality till we drank the first glass from this system. Great filtration, Highly recommend!! Also love the kind of faucet it has. We were going to leave our old faucet but it would not match up. Now we are glad it did not as we love the ease of this faucet and how it is a true on, off.

Nice water filter, would buy another anytime. Water taste good. I recommend them.

Good product for the price. Only wish if the pressure would stay constant. Installed it myself. Had to run to Home Depot to get 2 adapters.
