Health Balance Grape Seed Extract 100 mg is a standardized formula in which each capsule provides a consistent amount of polyphenols and proanthocyanidins. Polyphenols and proanthocyanidins are naturally found in plants and are attributed, in part, with antioxidant protection. Antioxidants are important to help fight potentially damaging free radicals in the body for the maintenance of good health. The grape seed extract is standardized to contain 85% polyphenols, while the grape skin extract is standardized to contain 45% proanthocyanidins. Whole grape extract (12.5 mg) plus 15 mg of Resveratrol are also contained in each vegetable based capsule.
