It really helps you to have some self-care, me time on a budget. It is BEAUTIFUL, the art work and paper craft goodies are so sweet and fun. I love that there are things to take out and poke in envelopes and fill out and share. It's crafty and also kind of like a journal, and also has some great articles in there to read as well. I bought one for me and then decided to buy one for a swapping friend of mine, too. She also loves it!
