It's wonderful for energy.

Helps with hot flushes, insomnia and fatigue
I have had chronic insomnia since I was a teenager but now since I have started to go into menopause my insomnia has become drug resistant. I had read in the book by dr Sara Gottfried "the hormone cure" that red panax ginseng can help with hot flushes. In fact it is helping with that and also with my insomnia and fatigue.

Great product
It is a great product. I often purchase the liquid version of these but I like these capsules better as they are easier to take. They are very affordable. I don’t feel as fatigued as I normally do when I’m taking them. I feel very energetic. It is a great product and it is from a reputable brand. Highly recommended.

I've been taking this for the past 3 months (my previous ginseng was discontinued). I'm impressed with this product. I have Hashimoto's disease and this helps me to start my day and give me an energy boost. While I realize that all of us react differently to supplements, I hope you give this product a try. I take 2 daily in the morning

Disappointed which really sucks
I was really looking forward to this product with all the hype about Korean red Ginseng but I have not noticed a difference at all really. I have even tried the recommended 2 pills a couple times a day and not much of a difference at all, o am disappointed which sucks because i had such high expectations for it. Maybe this just is not the same as the packets you suck on.
