Great price and works as it should. No complaints!
If you do "Image administration" work for your company you will definitely need a few of these adapters as USB Type C becomes more common.

Sturdy with a metal casing-works well
Update:This thing worked for a nearly year and died. It did work for a year and was cheap. So I kept two stars.But for a simple gadget like this, there is NO reason for it to break. So I took 3 stars off -- for the years I think it ought to have lasted.For those looking to use this with their MacBooks, I suggest you research on the differences between USB A/B and USB C/3 connectors. Apparently they carry different current ratings (some are 3 A and some may be 5 A) and could potentially damage drives / laptops.______Original review:The product is nice and sturdy and works great. I am getting fed up with Apple forcing people to buy accessories for their already expensive laptops, but this gadget is modestly priced and has a metal casing.

One complaint…
I am not sure if this is mine or just how this works but the only thing that kind of annoys me about this, is that every time my computer falls asleep due to being in inactive etc. I have to unplug this and plug it back in to get it to work. For some reason when the computer comes back on it does not automatically work even when it is plugged in. So its just a pain having to reset it again and therefore I basically have to leave my Wi-Fi on as well because when it comes back on the second time the connection is not working. Like I said, no one has mentioned it so maybe mine is just defective or maybe this isn’t a big deal for people but it was for me. Other than that it does what it says and that’s why I am going to give it four stars.

Works great. Love that it has the extra USB holes. Serves double duty so you don't have to have multiple attachments.

Great USB-C ethernet hub. I purchased this one to use with my new MacBook Pro. It worked great right out of the box. Simply plug and use. Great product.
