Great name for it
Mongolian Fire Oil... Great name for it... I mean, I was thinking who wouldn't want to cook with an ingredient like that?! I only use a few drops here and there, in everything from pasta to scrambled eggs, but here is my favorite way to use it: When making popcorn with original Orville R. kernels in a saucepan on the stove top with some vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan, then shake about 3 splats of MF Oil in there and then pop that popcorn and my goodness that is tasty! It's a slightly spicy popcorn and it's the best. We had to order this from Amazon because our local grocery stores stopped carrying it. WHAAA??? People need to know how to use it and not be scared off by the name. Just a few drops at a time, people. It's really delish.

It's very flavorful with just enough heat
For years I have been looking for Mongolian fire oil at my local ShopRite and other stores. It was nowhere to be found so one day I said let me try Amazon and I was very happy to find it online.I use it for everything but putting on corn flakes!

Delicious
I have been ordering this item online because my stores stopped carrying it. It's more expensive online but I am addicted to this Fire Oil - no others will do. All items arrived unbroken and well packaged.I'm not sure why some bottles have a red tamper seal and others have a black one - commercial versus retail? IDK

Love this stuff!
This is one of my favorite oils. It has just the right amount of "hot". It really flavors stirfrys well. It's a must-have if you like a little spice in your life.

Good stuff
We love this! It isn't for everything, but we love it on mac and cheese or anyplace where a touch of heat in an oil base can add to the dish. We can't buy it locally and have been looking for it since running out a couple of years ago. Never occurred to us to look on Amazon. Glad we did.

Ok flavor, but mostly "toasted sesame oil" flavor.
This oil is heavily flavored of toasted sesame. If that's the flavor you're after, it's pretty good. If you want a more neutral hot spice oil with garlic and onion, this probably won't be what you're looking for.

Love this oil
We've used it a couple of times in stir fry dishes instead of sesame oil. We've also used it on eggs. It's a great little change. We recommend it

Great spicy sauce!
Love this stuff!! Can't seem to find it in local grocery stores. Good to cook with chicken and other meats. Not as spicy as the name sounds lol.
