Cannot connect nor setup. Are forced to use specific software.

Needs improvements!
Camera didnt last long. Had cinnection problems even when hardwired. Would get a black screen at times when teying to view. Manufacturer should make connection encryoted or more secure as it may have been hacked and once they got in i had problems with it every day connecting monitoring amd display wouldnt work and it ultimately stopped working altogether. Reset would not work either Ended up returning for refund as customer service from manufacturer stopped responding.
