I think this product could potentially be better.Pro:1. I like the mesh material cover. I live in Arizona, it's hot here. Breathable material is a must.2. I like to have 2 straps to stabilize the position. The best part about this is you can adjust the height without having a "half-dropping pillow".3. The memory foam seems solid but comfortable.Con:1. I am not sure if I got a used but my mesh cover is somewhat dirty. This might be a quality control issue though.2. When I take down the mesh cover, I can see a tear in the memory foam. Quality control issue?3. Strap is soooo short. I have a Nissan Altima, and the seat is probably a standard size. I adjusted strap to the max and it's very difficult to clip it on the back. In fact, I think it will snap after a few month. If you have a car with bigger seats, I won't recommend.Overall, the product works, and it's good for my back during the long drive. For those who are not used to it, I suggest you starting with the "low" position (closer down to the seat). I probably got a short end of stick by receiving a bad one. I am keeping it since it still works, but for that reason, I can only do a 2-star, otherwise it's probably a 3-4 star.
