Perfect for making sourdough bread.
Good quality. Covers fit nicely, but do not wash and dry them, as they will shrink and not fit. I just shake them off, and let the moisture dry out before storing them back in my cupboard.

Fabulous proofing baskets for sourdough!
I’ve been using these for ages to proof my sourdough and they’re perfect! Zero issues ever. I always use the liner and I’ve never had an issue with mold or anything else.I always let them sit out overnight before they go back in my cupboard just to make sure I don’t have any lingering moisture.Definitely get these.

Cloth already failing
Does what it says but the cloth is failing after a short time in use. If the seller would send us a cloth replacement I can revise this.

Size fits a 900 gram sourdough loaf
This is the most functional banneton I have used for proofing my sour dough bread. The liner allows for the dough not to stick to it when proofing it overnight in the fridge. The dough holds its shape nicely.
