Plugs are all there. Only noticeable difference for my 1st gen 3500 inverter predator was this board has 3 capacitors instead of the 4 that mine had. Was told by the seller this is an updated board and had sent me this picture to explain. The picture on the product listing has a connector (eco mode connector) that is obscured by a wire. Bought it. This fixed my hard pull starting issue. Had a great magnetic resistance on my pull rope that no longer allowed me to start the generator. After disconnecting the three wires from the stator the engine would run. Unfortunately a stator issue could also cause the same hard pull. After much research, my initial conclusion was a bad stator. So I replaced the stator first. That was not it, so the next item was the inverter module. That solved it. Picture 2 is the updated version with 3 capacitors for picture 1 with 4 capacitors, which was no longer produced again. If your model is the same with one of them you can order it. You will get the new version module with 3 capacitors. Please rest assured to use it. - Please also pay attention to the 3rd picture and 4th picture making sure the connectors(or plugs) are the correct.This module has only two connector or plugs, but there is another Predator 3500 inverter module,which has 6 connectors. It is from different manufacturer and is not compaitble with this one. Please make sure yours has only two connectors and are exactly the same with this one in the pictures - Please don't order it if you are not 100% sure your current inverter module is damaged already. A few customers only wanted to try it to see if the inverter module can fix their problem, then returned it once they confirmed their problem was not due to the inverter module.This causes big loss for us.
