Keyboard feels good - in fact the keys feel a bit better than my MB Pro's keyboard, yikes ! :-) The trackpad is a little less silky (compared to my MacBook pro trackpad) but I soon got used to it. It supports dual finger gestures (like pinch and scroll and pan) but doesn't seem to work with 3 finger ones. Seem to have very good battery life and charges quickly. One very minor downside is that unlike another BT keyboard (without a trackpad built in) that I have, and several others that I have seen, it only seems to have 1 'pairing configuration' - on the other BT keyboard I have, you can switch it between 3 different host pairings by pressing the 'fn' key with (q or w or e). I don't know if it was just in my case, but there was no manual (or qr code) with it, and at first I couldn't find a pairing button ( it is fn+c - there is a inverted Bluetooth symbol on it, duh'oh), but I the manual easily online. The manual is needed, because it describes the feature modes of the backlighting and trackpad, which aren't obvious, but I guess fiddling about with the fn key and the other keys marked with a inversed symbol could get you there. You mash the buttons until it works. **Q: Are the keys rubber or plastic ?** A: Hi. They are plastic. Hope this helps :) **Q: Can it be used wired to keep the backlight on all the time?** A: I don't think so. I have had it connected to laptop USB whilst charging. The display goes off as expected. Just touch the space bar to put display illumination back on. **Q: Does this keyboard have a sleep button to turn pc on and off? Best keyboard I had. Typed really well vs others and helped me type faster with less typos. It has a good weight to it, and the mouse track pad works well. Battery life is fine. The backlight gave way recently but support was on hand to sort. Whilst light worked it was perfect for night time work on laptop. Size is also just right - not too big so can be carried easily in a backpack but not too small that typing is ever an issue. Bluetooth connectivity really easy 10/10 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ [Updated 05.24] Not disappointed....until it stopped charging...! *by A***E on 14 April 2023* [Update 05/24] After contacting the seller to claim on my 2 year warranty, initially they said they would replace the item (no return needed) but as soon as I mentioned I didn't live in the UK (I'm in the EU) they simply blanked me, no replies to my subsequent messages, this is not acceptable, even if it is the case, the warranty only applies to UK based items, they could have said that. Even if they had sent a replacement, as many others have already reported, the replacements also often fail so not much point unless you are happy to have to continually replace the item. I contacted Amazon CS in the end who kindly refunded me for the item. Too bad as is it's a nice keyboard but fatally let down by it's battery and charging, which was never great. I now have a similar item that I got from Aliexpress for just over 20 Euros with wireless dongle (more reliable) and which arrived in 6 days! It's not a nice in function as the Arteck or UK layout but it's a compromise I'll have to live with! -- [Update 04.24] After just over a year of satisfactory use and I am still happy with it overall, my keyboard has now succumbed to what many others have also reported here (check the 1 star reviews): battery charging was always slow and battery life not great, but now it won't charge at all.
