Good sound quality
Sound quality is excellent, and the ear fitting keeps a tight seal without feeling tight or irritating over time. My only complaint is that I wish the battery life was a little longer (it seems to hold about 6 to 8 hours per charge).

Unexpectedly good features for the price
My expectations were low based on the low price, but so far this has been a great Bluetooth headset, even after a dunking in a water-filled sink. The sound in the earpiece is good and callers have never reported any problem hearing me. I have used headsets in the past where my callers say I sound far away or background noise is coming through but not my voice. I have heard no complaints with this headset.Best feature: Its easy-to-push mute button. So many wireless headsets lack a mute button. The mute button was the key reason I selected this headset over competitors. The only downside to the mute button is you get a voice prompt saying "mute on," and "mute off" when returning to the call. When I want to speak during a conference call, waiting the extra second and having "mute off" drown out the conversation is annoying. But this annoyance is much better than having no mute at all.Cute feature: When you disconnect and connect to Bluetooth on the phone, the headset voice says "Connected!" and "Disconnected!" with a New Zealand accent. Why the different accent? Who knows, but I find it amusing.Unexpected feature: After using the headset occasionally for a couple of months for conference calls, the headset fell off my ear and into the sink while I was shaving. I immediately fished it out from the water after a brief but complete submersion, shook the water from it, and could still hear the conference going on while I was drying it. I thought the brief swim would have fried its circuits, but the headset is still going strong. Whether by design or happy accident, it does seem to possess some water resistance.

Works plenty well enough, seems durable, good price. But only lasted about ten weeks.
Most: It works, it's inexpensive, so far, reliable. I bought a spare. however after a two or so months of use, it utterly failed as a telephony device. I can use it to listen to audios on the phone now, but only that. In a telephone call, it is absolutely mute.My comparison with so reputed "high end" boom mike types, (I have owned three Pricey Plantronics Voyagers which all failed the same way -- callers could not her me, I could hear them. At $20, if it works decently and people can hear me clearly and I can hear them well enough, I'm happy. It's compact. The volume buttons need only be used once really, (all the way up, then control with the phone), and the function buttons don't seem to work The one other function button evokes a response when pressed, but I have not been able to make it work with OK Google, but could just be my own ineptitude. There are other means. The only drawback on the older one was the time it takes to alert me when it gets disconnected from the phone, and that it oftentimes decides to power itself down when it hasn't been used in a while, (feature?), But this is my second and third, and I'd buy it again.

Ugh! No Like...
Alas the window for returning of this piece of junk has passed. I give it plenty of time and used it as per instructions and I continuously fought to get it work in one simple way: answer and make calls, and nothing more. The sound degenerated into tinny reverb and when I tapped it to make a call I often got unwanted music from I-Phone Library. I don't listen to music, dance to it or sing. I make calls and answer them. This failed. I am steamed. it is a pain in the ear, as far as I am concerned....

Almost perfect
Pro:- It works very well.- The hook can be adjusted to fit either side of my face.- The sound is clear enough for me.- It seems to hang on to my ear well and not fall off as the one I had earlier (I lost few of them for that reason)- It is pretty comfortable to have it on my ear.Con:- I wish it is smaller- I want it to tell me the battery level when I turn the power on. That is a feature I had with one of my previous Bluetooth headset.- The manual should have larger letters. It has empty spaces on the page but the letters are too small for my eyes (even with glasses)

Not a great headset by any means, but still 'Functional.'
It's okay. Not bad, definitely not great...just okay. I needed something pretty quickly, and for 20 bucks, it was hard to pass up. Definitely wouldn't buy another. The ear hook is always a little awkward to slide on and the silicone ear insert doesn't always do a great job holding up the headset for me personally. I'm used to the functionality and flexibility I got in the Motorola HX550 (no longer in production). Probably the biggest problem I have with the headset is the amount of time you have to wait between button pushed to adjust the volume. It just won't register if you do it too fast. Audio quality is good enough for daily use and it's comfortable enough to be worn for a while.Overall, if you're looking for something functional, go for it. Just remember that you get what you pay for.

Keeps disconnecting ....
The good:- Pairs fairly easily.- Has a mute button, which is way more convenient that muting via iPhone.- Good battery life. The BIG bad (deal breaker for me):- Keeps dropping connectivity in the middle of a call. Call auto transfers to iPhone (so you can't hear caller) and you have to manually switch back to the headset on the phone. This is extremely painful in real-life situations - especially in the middle of a long and detailed conference call (you keep asking people to repeat what they said).

Volume issues destroy usefulness of this product.
I reviewed this back when I bought it in June of '18. Wasn't happy with it. I paired it with my Galaxy s8, but the volume was less than a whisper. I searched the internet for what could be wrong, but found no solution. So, I put it away, and bought something else. Now, 04-19, I tried with my tablet. It paired right away, but same problem. The volume refuses to increase. I can turn it down so it can't be heard, but it increases in volume on to about a .5, on a scale of 0 to 10. Still can't find a fix.
