There are a lot of different outfits selling this same item on Amazon so I went with the cheapest that day at $8.99 It's now up a dollar so I wouldn't hesitate to go with another brand if it's less expensive.No recipes to speak of but it's popcorn so how hard can it be? The "instructions" say to use 1/4 to 1/2 cup of popcorn. I can tell you that 1/2 cup might be way too much. See the attached pic for what happened with only 1/3 cup of Orville's stuff in a 1.2 cu ft oven. There was so much popped corn that the lid was jammed against the top. I made several batches so I've got popcorn pretty much everywhere. My recommended starting point:1/4 cup popcorn3 Tbsp Butter flavored coconut oil1/4 tsp FlavacolMix it all together in the bottom of the popper to get the kernels all coated.My microwave is 1250 watts so I use two and a half minutes at 70% power.Viola - popcorn

We love popcorn and the convenience of microwave popping. Popped light and fluffy popcorn with very few unpopped kernels. Easy to store and no oil or butter required to pop great tasting popcorn. This thing is amazing. If you like delicious popcorn but really don't want the oil, this is the way to go. No joke—it's totally worth the money.This popcorn popper is made from FDA approved food grade silicone, which means it can take the heat but cools down fast. This is an easy, cheap and healthy with this silicone popcorn maker. All you do is dump some popcorn kernels into the popper, put the lid on and stick it in the microwave. Within minutes you'll have delicious freshly popped air popcorn. Add butter, salt or any other seasoning to your liking. The product is good. And I had make a popcorn. I melt the butter and pour onto the popcorn. And i set the time is 2:45 minutes. The taste of popcorn is good and healthy. And the product has no smell so I think it is safe.

This is awesome! I love popcorn with this Microwave Popcorn Popper I can have a perfect combination of popcorn, oil and salt ratio. I will be buying this for all future gifts until all of my family members have one. It's just that awesome color box with came with it. No need for a bulky popcorn maker, and the box will tell you how to make the popcorn. I used a bit of melted butter instead of oil and some Flavocal for the salt. So good! And the box has a link for more recipes for yummy popcorn. It's just so nice to find a cool product that is actually legit and not some gimmick that doesn't even work. If you're thinking about buying it, do it!
