Review: Best of the best - These Urgrette triple jet torch lighters are absolute powerhouses and a fantastic value for a two-pack. The triple flame is incredibly strong and consistent, making it effortless to light everything from a backyard grill to a stubborn campfire even in windy conditions. I love the sleek, ergonomic design that fits perfectly in my pocket, and the adjustable flame wheel at the bottom is a great touch for fine-tuning the intensity. They feel sturdy, refill easily, and having a reliable, windproof ignition source has made my outdoor activities so much smoother. If you need a heavy-duty lighter that actually performs as advertised, look no further!
Review: Update: Was able to contact! Swift resolution! - UPDATE: Found a way to contact and CaroI almost responded immediately and solved my warranty issue! My faith is restored! Thanks Urgeette! I have purchased Urgrette lighters in the past and have excellent results with them, until now. Both lighters are fantastic. They do go through fuel very quickly though. My issue is that they have a 1 year warranty and I have one that the piezo electric light does not work now. These were bought in November 2023. What good is a warranty if you cannot use it? We will see if they respond and I'll update when they do.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I can't figure out how to adjust the gas valve. Does the half-circle part lift up?**
A: Yes the half circle ring lifts up and then you can adjust flame up or down

**Q: Do I need to remove anything from the lighter in order to fill with butane?**
A: hello, when you use this lighter for the first time, you should push filling hole on the bottom of lighter with a screwdriver to exhaust the air inside. More details for refilling please click the video.

**Q: Does the 4 pack come in Individual boxes so you can give them as gifts?**
A: I purchased the 2 pack and they came individually wrapped in one box. These are very solid and simple torch lighter's!

**Q: You make a big deal about the groove in the lid, what is that for?**
A: Yeah I'm not sure it's wise to put a lit cigar on top of a gas lighter , also unless you balance the cigar evenly it won't rest on it correctly. I won't be using it to hold my cigar's!

### ⭐ Arrived broken. Junk doesn't work.
*by T***Y on July 11, 2026*

These are junk. Won't hold butane and doesn't light. AMAZON better step up because they say return by but didn't let me submit. SCAM sending junk. I had bought 2 before by another seller that came with 1 yr warranty off Amazon. They were alot better and heavier duty. AMAZON I WANT REFUND FOR TRASH SENT.
