Quality is good but the lock of beg is not working

Received the product with zip torn status. And stitches were not properly done. Although the bag looked good but quality wasn't good.

Very practical for hanging around or traveling, material very soft, and it takes all going out accessories like wallet, keys, eyeglasses, inhaler and off course big mobile 👍

This bag looked very nice, but there was one small issue; The lock.The reason why I bought this bag is mostly for the lock and the design, but what disappointed me is 2/3 days after purchase, the lock code changes by itself. I figured out how to unlock it back and used it for one more day, but it also happened again.

My husband really enjoed and felt safe with this bag.
