The sim card worked perfect on out trip to Thailand. Used on my wife's unlocked Redmi Note 9 pro with no problems. Started working within 1 minute after inserting the card. I got this SIM so I have data service instantly upon touchdown in Thailand. Indeed, after touch down, I turned the phone on and without any configuration I had data service. This bought me a few days to reach my final destination in rural central Thailand, where I got my permanent SIM for my 3-month stay.

We bought these for our vacation and they were exactly the right thing for the trip. We installed the cards on the flight over and turned on the phones when we were outside the baggage claim. We received some text messages in Chinese, but other than that the whole process was seamless. With one exception: the phones would not tell us what our phone number was with the card. We had the hotel desk call their hotel on our phones and then write down our numbers for us. A minor hiccup in an otherwise good experience.We started receiving text messages about data running out while we were in the airport lounge on the way back. All in all, it was perfect.

Card that arrived was due to expire in 14 days. My Flight was due to leave in 4 weeks. THE PART OF THE LABEL THAT GIVES THE EXPIRATION DATE IS COVERED IN THE PHOTO OF THE ITEM. This should have been CLEARLY stated in the description.

These work perfectly.But if you are arriving in Thailand via the international airports, do not bother ordering this online - there are counters for DTAC and every other provider that have better prices, and girls waiting to install the SIM card for you and do any setup needed.
