Making our dog happy isn’t always easy, but this product sure makes a difference when feeding her kibble. She spends extra time ensuring the bowel is licked clean well after the kibble is gone.An extra bonus is that her coat just looks and feels better than before we started the oil.It doesn’t smell and aren’t all liquids sort of soft?

I've reviewed this product before, but I'm hoping that if I say it often enough someone will listen. The contents of the bottle really really work, and my dogs' coats are shiny and soft as silk. I recommended it to a neighbor who had a rescued greyhound who had lost the hair on her haunches from long cage confinement, and she grew it back, despite having been hairless for years! How can you beat that? But the bottle container is awful. You cannot measure the oil out without is spilling, it's just impossible. So I decant mine into an old olive oil bottle, which has that plastic insert at the top which prevents spills. I think it's disgraceful of Halo not to use the same system.

I am wondering if this is a new formulation. The former recipe, I believe, had salmon oil where now there is soybean oil. This new addition and omission of salmon oil has me very confused and a bit angry. Dogs cannot process soy. It's not good for them at all. It seriously affects their pancreas. I dont know if "organically" grown soybean oil is just genetically modified soy grown without pesticides or if it is actually heirloom soybean. My past purchase of this product gave my doggy baby wonderful results but I am not giving him anymore of this new organic soybean addition without the salmon oil.

I make my own dog food fresh. You need items like Vita Glo for skin and there are additional items which I buy from Amazon to complete my dog food. It is better than canned and cheaper.

Good for your dogs health and aids in healthy skin and coat. Halo is a great company. Good service and products.
